Network marketing opportunities abounds in the business world. There are millions participating in this excellent business opportunity and there are no signs that numbers are going to slow. Now these network marketing representatives are in every city across the world. But why do they participate in this business?

Most people who join network marketing because they have a dream. They want more than what they have right now. That is because they work for a boss and they dont actually own their own company. Therefore they are not really in control of their own lives! Similarly job security is nonexistent today. A lot of people would rather just build their own wealth instead of relying upon someone else to give it to them. That is much stronger than job security and that is why people choose network marketing.
4 The need for excellent products: A lot of network marketing companies sell the products that the customer needs. It makes financial sense to become a representative or a distributor for the company. Most successful businessmen and women are in network marketing because they started out purchasing some health supplements or they wanted to purchase a skin care product from their friend in network marketing.
5 Socializing and assisting others: Network marketing brings you time money products and ownership. However it also provides a great place for people to connect and to assist others in achieving their dreams. Your strongest most lasting relationships will be created from your family and friends in your network marketing team.

This is your major goal: To build a stable organization of several levels of distributors. Why is this so important? You can generate true wealth and long term residual income only from the combined efforts of many members in your organization. Your compensation plan should reward you with increasing commissions on deeper levels of your organization. This ism ore than recruiting some many new people it is having a business plan that work for you and for your nes distributors. This is the way that you harness the power of multiplication.
Step 2: Use marketing
Lets put the marketing back into MLM. Marketing is not about convincing people to buy but to find the people who already have a need or desire for what you offer. So what do you market what do you have to offer? To satisfy a need it needs to be a valuable service or product on that delivers on its promises. Is it your business opportunity or your products? If your business if flourishing great you dont need to read this article. If it is not yet tehn you dont have a business opportunity that delivers. But your product does have valid benefits now that continue to accrue to your customers. So for starters market your products.
Step 3: Plan for success
So now we come to the important part. Marketing your products is something that you can do now that your new distributors can learn from you. Then how do you determine success? Lets go back to the first two steps above: First success then means that your prospective customers are actually buying your product and that you are making a profit. To do that your sales revenue must exceed your advertising cost. Oh yes there is an advertising cost. It is time which also translates into money and money.
Second success means that you can teach your new distributors how to market with profit using tools that you will provide. This will bring many levels into your organization
Step 4: Take the right approach
How to approach this? You need to learn how to market your products to retail customers. They will bring you the largest revenue initially. There are proven marketing strategies for doing so that are used by all successful businesses. Consider the cost for learning these as part of the cost of doing business. Dont cut corners here.
And chances are you will not learn these strategies from the training that your company is offering. Sharing your products with family and friends will never give you access to the large number of prospects that you need and it will not give multiplication either. No successful up line leader has grown her business that way.
Step 5: Take action
They say that the secret to success is focused and consistent action. Having been a mentor and teacher for most of my life I have seen hundreds of people succeed and hundreds fail. Let me tell you the real secret. The reason that you are not taking that focused and consistent action is that you lack confidence. You are not sure that you will be taking the right actions because you dont have a working knowledge yet. And you cannot create confidence by affirmations and positive thinking. Confidence only comes from the experience of success.
Step 6: Find a mentor
You will experience success by learning from and working with an good mentor an experienced marketer. Your mentor will lead you through a sequence of instructions and action steps that let you experience success and build your confidence. This is the fastest and most satisfying way for you to learn correct focused and consistent action in marketing.

Moving on after a breakup is always hard but it can be excruciating if you have to worry about moving on after a breakup with someone you will continue to see at work every single day.
